Description
Self-acting pressure regulators are simple basic regulators that offer precise control with easy installation and maintenance. They regulate the pressure downstream of the valve without pneumatic or electrical control components. The DM 152 pressure reducing valve is a diaphragm-controlled, spring-loaded proportional regulator primarily used for hygienic applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The diaphragm is physiologically safe thanks to a PTFE protective film and can withstand temperatures up to 180 °C. The valve cone features a metal-sealed design. No external control line is required. This valve is manufactured from deep-drawn stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. It is largely free of dead space and can be used in CIP and SIP systems. The corner design allows for complete drainage.
