Administrative assistant with a flair for marketing 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks:
- Collaboration on projects to implement the digitalisation strategy
- Marketing tasks (writing and editing texts for online/offline channels, maintaining the website, social media marketing, newsletters, writing and revising press releases and marketing materials, SEO/SEA, etc.)
- Organisation of marketing events: planning, implementation and follow-up of marketing events and trade fairs.
- Collaboration in quality management and processing of sustainability enquiries
- Document and data maintenance (maintenance of product data sheets and brochures, product data maintenance in the ERP system, preparation of product and price information and associated data maintenance)
- Collaboration in the organisation and coordination of seminars and training courses in Germany and abroad
- Organisation of travel for internal employees
- Simple data evaluation and preparation
Your profile:
- Basic commercial training with several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Further training in marketing, communication or event management is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of digitalisation and the opportunities it offers.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of other applications such as InDesign is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new things
- Customer- and solution-oriented approach to work, independence and initiative, as well as strong implementation skills and good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for contributing to an industrial SME
- Analytical and conceptual skills round off your profile

- Basic electrotechnical training with mechanical knowledge (electrician, switchgear fitter, automation technician or vehicle electrician/electronics technician)
