We have to announce that the company GESTRA in Bremen is officially separated from the American Flowserve Group. The new owner of GESTRA is the Spirax Sarco Group. Spirax Sarco follows the strategy to work with two different brands in the market. Therefore GESTRA will operate as an independent division in the Spirax Sarco Holding Company.
